Our Rendition
We’ve paid tribute to this spirit-forward drink by letting our stunning 5-year Kentucky bourbon shine through, adding only a little bit of a rich simple syrup, and just the right amount of our signature blend of bitters. The Gin Old Fashioned pays tribute to the original light recipe developed in 1806 by iconic father of bartending, Jerry Thomas who chose to include a Holland gin as the base spirit. Our Rum Old Fashioned was made with the tiki cocktail lover in mind, using maple syrup and tiki bitters to add to its tropical feel.
